This place is outstanding, we were greeted very politely and felt very welcomed, our waitress was very friendly and showed great work ethic, she asked for our drinks and were delivered right away, then our order was taken and our waitress was very nice and professional about it. I felt very cozy while waiting for my order, once it got there I got to say the presentation looked very outstanding and with the first bite I took hhmm it was exquisite ???, we got treated very nicely and our waitress was very attentive with our whole table, nonetheless everything was perfect about this place, and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely be back again.
I observed customer after customer having to take cash out from the ATM inside the restaurant. This is really frustrating if you don't like to pay additional fees to take cash out. It is a very outdated system from a tourism standpoint, given where. Some places can make up for these inconveniences with amazing food, but this is an average place to eat. The service was good and quick. If you are on the go and have cash in hand, this is your place.
Such a cute little place. With really good food! As if your lovingly grandma made you breakfast from scratch on a Saturday morning. Service is great!
Great little spot. Friendly staff with quick service. I ate the two, hash and sausage plate and it was really good. I'll be stopping by every time I visit big bear. ?
Great breakfast! Biscuits were fresh and fluffy. Gravy wasn't runny. Sausages were better than any place in the area! Definitely recommend eating here! Service was fantastic too!
We drove up early Thanksgiving Day, arriving around 0730 & with an appetite since we didn't eat that much before leaving a few hours earlier at home.WE ARE GLAD WE DID!The options were plentiful & I wanted to make sure I selected well. I love pancakes but decided a build your own Omelette would be perfect for a chilly morning (<40°). I really appreciated that they were willing to serve a bowl of blueberries to eat with my breakfast separately. It's an option for a topping but not listed as a separate item.I had Rye to eat & the O'Reilly potatoes with it. AND coffee obviously. (4 cups)My wife ordered the Daily Special & when it was served, the pancake was so big she requested a separate plate so she could eat her eggs & hashbrowns - she ate almost everything which is unusual since she's not a big eater. She couldn't finish all of the pancake.We had heard mention of the baking of pies & they had Blueberry. Blueberry pie is one of my favorite all-time desserts since childhood & I ordered a slice. The pie crust was perfect. The fruit filling was perfect - not overly sweetened with extra sugar like some places do with blueberry concoctions.I finished every crumb.The wife ordered Cheesecake - to go.(We ate it in our Room at the motel - delicious)The atmosphere was great. The server's name - I FORGET - she told me & I wanted to give her a shout-out. Hopefully she'll see this & knows it's her. Everyone was very pleasant, maybe because it was Thanksgiving Morning.I'm sure it was a busy time getting prepped for the weekend but they didn't show it.AWESOME! FANTASTIC! EXCELLENT! TASTY! WORTH THE DRIVE! 10★'s (not 5)
The burgers here are ? ! So under rated. They have 20$ burgers for 9$ it's crazy. Well worth it and super friendly staff. Best burgers in big bear imo!
Blanca & Pierre's restaurant is one of the best in Big Bear, if not the best for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our group went camping for the weekend and into the week. We first checked it out on our way up there and we had to go back on our way out. Their breakfast & sandwiches are absolutely delicious, we ate every bite. Vegetarian options as well, as half of our table ordered veggie burgers with avocado & mushrooms and loved them.Definitely will be coming back to this place everytime I can up to Big Bear.. Just thinking about it now is making my mouth water, and I just had dinner. 10/10 Would definitely go again.
It was outstanding! And very reasonably priced. The country Benedict was delicious. My new favorite spot for breakfast.
I want to say a big thanks to the manager of this restaurant. I went to the restaurant and orderd fish and cheaps but when my food get ready, I figure it out that they are not accepting credit cards. The manager ,who unfortunately I forgot her name , allowed me to take the food and she said I can bring their money later. It was really nice of her. I really appreciate her kindness, trust and respect
