The service was slow, inconsistent., and not on brand. The staff was nice when they finally attended to the table, but it took forever. They did not check on our table after items were delivered to see if we needed anything; I had to get up and find someone multiple times. I was very disappointed in my experience.
I went there few days ago. I had a great experience. The rooftop offers one of the best views of LA. We got the cheeseburger and the sashimi, both delicious. I recommend make a reservation because it gets very crowded. We were very satisfied of the service, with one only exception: one the hostesses (she has very bright blue eyes and black hair) working that night was extremely rude and with a non friendly attitude.Such a pity our experience had to start with the wrong foot. But we still recommend this place.
It was so quiet and almost dead around 9:30 pm. Food options are limited and expensive event for LA standards. You are paying for the view, which was amazing.
The view and ambience is very nice, but that's about it. The food was awful and overall service is mediocre. It's one of those place that you need to visit once for experience, but it's not a place that I would want to go regularly. It's way over priced too.
I was very impressed with everything starting with the drinks at the bar. Nicole knocked it out the park⦠the service was excellent from checking in with our hosts through dinner. Everyone was very attentive to our needs and made our night very special. Thanks again.
Food was not on same level as ambiance and view. Not even close. Still a spot worth visiting without a doubt.

From start to finish, we had a great experience at the rooftop. The valet and the doorman at the hotel front were very nice and helpful pointing us to the right direction. We were greeted nicely and seated right away after checking in for our reservation. Our hostess and all the staffs were nice and friendly. Both food and service were great! We were here for a birthday celebration and they gave us a complementary cake with candle. The view from the rooftop is amazing. Definitely will come back again!
