Awesome breakfast / brunch place from the moment we were greeted to the last bite; one of those places where the only problem you have is to make a choice from their mouth watering menu… you can tell these guys care about excellent service too… highly recommended!

Bobby (or Bob, the manager) gave the priority to a couple which asked for a table after 10 minutes after mine. Then he mistreated my son and I when inquired about our table, not looking to us when refusing to explain their priority. So the manager is not up to this nice restaurant. Very difficult to explain to my son the situation later.

The wife and I had some errands to run in Beverly Hills (yes, that's right – Rodeo Drive, 90210, swimming pools, movie stars – okay, maybe not those last two). After we had taken care of everything, we walked one block over to have breakfast at The Farm. This place has indoor and outdoor seating. The day was sunny and warm so we chose to sit inside. It is very airy with high ceilings, kind of like a barn. It was 9:30 AM or so and there are not many people inside. We got a booth and looked over the menu. The wife chose the egg sandwich. I knew she was going to because the waitress asked her to choose between fruit, something else, and roasted potatoes. As soon as the waitress said they were roasted fingerling potatoes, my wife had no further questions. She loves those kinds potatoes.I chose their Challah French toast. French toast is my go to dish for new breakfast places. I wanted to see how this restaurant stacked up. We also both had coffee, which was good. The coffee was good. The restaurant was not too noisy so we could enjoy our conversation without having to yell at each other. I was looking out the front of the restaurant and enjoying the parade of eclectic locals and tourists without having to worry about sitting in the sun.Food arrived and it looked delicious. The wife was very happy with her egg sandwich. It comes with bacon, she likes hers crispy, and that is just how they prepared it. Of course, he likes her fingerling potatoes any way the restaurant makes them and they were not burned so she was happy about that. She ate the entire plate, sandwich and potatoes. My food came with a little beaker of maple syrup on the side and the toast was covered in mixed fruit. I'm not really a fruit kind of guy but this fruit was fresh and I ate all of it. The host was thick well cooked and had the slightest hint of cinnamon. Needless to say, I ate the entire plate, too.We were both satisfied and happy with their choices. The coffee kept coming and then it was time to leave. This place is a little more expensive than others I have frequented. However, it is Beverly Hills, one block over from Rodeo Drive and somebody has to pay the rent.I will be back in the area next week and will most likely come back again. One more thing of note. Beverly Hills, like most places in Southern California, is suffering from a severe drought. If you want a glass of water on your table, you have to ask for it, movie star or not.

The restaurant is located in the heart of Beverly Hills and close to the Beverly Hills sign. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The service was good and the brunch was delicious. Normal price range considering the location.

Dined here the other day for brunch/lunch. Whilst the food was nice it wasn’t anything special. The decor inside the restaurant looks tired and slightly confused. This place has potential. Not sure I would return.

This place had great reviews, so we hit it up on our recent vacation. Food was good, above average, but what turned me off was the 3% charge for employee benefits. That’s BS in my opinion, worse than the credit card fee that lots of places charge. If you want to give your employees benefits, do it without charging me extra. Just add $1 to the cost of your meals so the customer doesn’t know it. The way it’s done, it’s insulting. Overall, food was very good, but not great. Service was good, but not exceptional. Between a 3 and a 4. I rounded up because it’s in a nice spot!

Always a go-to for years we decided to meet an old friend for breakfast. The food was generally good. They use great ingredients. But I was sad when the food was served. My omelet was not really prepared well... the eggs were cooked dry and the ingredients weren't really hot.Not nad enough to send it back but kind of disappointed.

My experience was incredible. Staff was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Alison and Jon were both frequent visitors of our table and made sure we had an amazing time! The food and drink was delicious, but the service is what really made this an excellent meal.

Pat's is the best breakfast in The Farm of Beverly Hills! I lived here for almost 2 years and nothing beats it. Eggs benedict is terrific, as are the pancakes and everything on the menu. 4 Stars! Service is great and The Farm of Beverly Hills is always there with a smile and a red vest!

An OK place to lunch. Turkey burger was delicious. Brussel sprouts were flavorful. Sweet potato fries were under seasoned. Cocktails were OK.
