I am deeply disappointed with the customer service I experienced in the store. Last time I went in, one of the employees, Alberto, made me very uncomfortable. I was wearing a v-neck since it was hotter outside and he was looking at me inappropriately the entire time. It made me very uncomfortable and it was hard for me to enjoy my drink after that. This is a horrible look for Starbucks. I have been getting coffee from your establishment very frequently for some time now and I assumed it was a safe and respectable company, but if you are okay with having employees who are insensitive and make your customers feel uncomfortable, then I am not sure I am okay with continuing to support you.

Baristas have attitudes in serving. And one supervisor Karen seemed to be even vicious in handling customers requests.

Nice store with ample seating. Parking in lot entered from Robertson is a little cramped but not too bad.

Staff is great. Quick. Usually somewhat busy. Dropped my drink. They made me another.

This is my usual Starbucks location to pick up my iced chai tea latte but not anymore. After they got my order wrong and made a hot latte, they said sorry and made me a mocha ice latte. Karen the manager, (yes that’s her name actually) tried to fix my order but made another mocha ice latte. I’m not coming back here and make sure you check your order and taste it before leaving. Also Karen was rude about the whole situation. Never got my ice chai latte that I paid for!!

The worst Starbucks EVER. Constantly makes drinks wrong, most of staff are rude, and incompetent to make orders quickly and correct. Won’t go again. I only visited this location the times i did, because it’s close to my job, and sometimes the one near my home happens to be closed. If you do use this location, make sure to double check that your order was done correct.

Good location. Plenty of seating and outlets. Their WiFi hasn’t been working today or yesterday. Hopefully they fix it so I don’t run out of mobile hotspot ?

Went in at 7:45 on a Saturday when they were very much still open. One gentlemen with a big red fedora was counting all the cash in his register and could not be bothered to acknowledge my existence. I have worked as a cashier in several settings including retail and food service. I never counted a drawer while the store was open and customers were inside, and I certainly did not count a drawer and completely and totally ignore customers waiting in line.

Stuck up and rude white people at the counter that forget about your order and make jokes in your face about calling it a medium instead of grande. Thanks genius ill make sure to have 3 words memorized for your convenience, hopefully before my drink comes out.

Danny was very helpful and polite!
