Lines are consistently long. For at least 3 months now. They are understaffed, predominantly every time I've gone there. I was waiting in line for my coffee today and had to leave without it to make it to work on time, due to the staff not being able to keep up with the orders. It was quite clear they were scrambling. More staff is needed. Until then, 1 star for you.
I was very disappointed on how dirty the entrance and the ladies room was. There also was no toilet paper in one of the stalls and paper towel all over the floor and the garbage was over flowing.
Go to the other on Beverly Blvd they don't have staff with poor attitudes and your order won't get messed up. I stood there for 10 minutes today and waited for the staff to tell me they were out of matcha then gave me an attitude to get a refund.

This honestly the worst Starbucks they NEVER have anything what’s the point of being open ? Literally always low on stock of EVERYTHING oh and if you try to call them in advance to see if what you want is in stock their phone doesn’t work either
Make sure you update the hours. Now it's open at 7am every day. I went at 6am it was closed

Coffee goes in, maxims come out. I appreciate this place. Kindly don't fuss about the $10 latte, for these guys have fed me at shelters for a season, and for over a year give poverty stricken prophets like me free hot water and an occasional wink across the counter. Wink rhymes with drink, but the latter I try to at least buy refills. But seriously! Albuterol in the USA costs 1000% what it does in Mexico, but you don't see pharmaceutical companies giving back with the extra Dinero! Your Starbucks coffee is paying it forward to the environment and the community.
