Guys! Here is not a night club. Just a coffee shop no one never study or work here. Music is too loud!
The barista was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude I asked her a straw to go with my drink and she wouldn't give me one so I finally had to ask somebody else. I get we all have bad days but there is no reason for her bad attitude.
My morning coffee was pleasant until I reach the end of it. In the past I worked with a coffee company and if I understand correctly I know that coffee grinds aren't supposed to be in the consumers cup. I am not really disappointed in them accidents happen, just to give some awareness to making a good cup of coffee.
Their staff are inviting and cordial staff. I cherished their espressos!
Store is open with a venue right on the street but even though there is an employee standing right there, they won't take your order! They will only take your mobile order thru the app. So 1 star for dumb store policies.
I have some serious issues with this Starbucks. It seems since COVID-19 started instead of being on their "A" game to keep customers happy and satisfied they are on their "F" game.ISSUE #1: On Friday I went and got a venti pike place. When I grabbed the cup the lid came off my hand and the coffee spilled everywhere. Bottom line the cup was smashed and the barista tried to force the lid onto the cup anyways. When I asked her why she did that she said '"we don't throw anything away." I asked her so you give me a defective product so I burn myself because you don't want to waste a cup? She proceeded to shrug her shoulder and walk away.ISSUE #2: On Sunday l went and got a mocha latte Xtra hot easy chocolate. It was cold and extra sweet. I asked why my drink is cold and extra sweet? The barista replied "you asked for lukewarm with chocolate". I showed her the lable on the cup and it said extra hot easy chocolate. She made me another drink easy chocolate but cold.ISSUE #3: Dirty bathroom. Most of the time out of order. No toilet paper.This is not how you run a coffee shop.
Every time I’ve come to this location over the past year they’re always out of the ham and cheese croissant (haven’t had this issue with other locations). They also don’t have an order ahead option which makes it inconvenient, since they’re usually packed and people have to go to work. Some of the workers have good customer service but I don’t plan on coming back to this location
Nothing against the baristas, they have to deal with a lot. Always full of tourists and homeless people with long lines for the bathroom. Service is quick though! Just not good for sitting in.
This Starbucks is usually packed. But, in a pinch it is perfect. If you were here early in the morning you can sit down and work. Otherwise I do not think I would recommend sitting inside to work. There are some seats outside, but it is extremely tight.
This place is always packed and the restroom line is long and its dirty. But Starbucks coffee is still great
