I had the misfortune of visiting this location after many years of dining at other locations. Jose, the young man at the register was incredibly rude and dismissive. I elected to not provide my name for the order and I stead requested a number, out of privacy concerns. I ordered my food to go. After paying with my card, I had ask for a receipt. Apparently customers have to ask for a receipt instead of being provided one without asking. Then when I got my food it was on a plate as if I was dining in the store. I then had to ask for a to go box. When questioned Jose replied "well you didn't want to give your name so I marked the order for here". What? Where in the realm of common sense does that make sense? Jose seems to lack customer service skills or just has a lack of respect for customers. Rolling your eyes, back chatting and ignoring what the customer is asking for is not okay. I will never eat at this location ever again or as long as Jose is working here.
Organic Mexican food is not the easiest to come by so it's nice to have that option with Sharkys. Also, delivery is fast, at least here in LA with DoorDash.

Just delicious.I always find a way to sneak in and have one when I'm working near Beverly Hills or Camarillo.It goes great with their red sangria.Is it just me or could it be a bit bigger though? I always feel like I could eat a bit more, but buying 2 burritos would be too much.
Power Plate Proteins have been really yummy....I like the steak and salmon plates.
The food was good. I ordered my meal online and had to wait at the restaurant for longer than was estimated on the app because the DoorDash app said the food was being prepared, when in actuality the food was already ready. Better communication between the restaurant and the online app should take place, but overall I’m content with my order.
Chips are unlimited and with a fresh salsa bar you can't go wrong.
