Very good yogurt place to stop by! Pinkberry has closed a lot of their stores but the yogurt is really good!
It's best to get a receipt here and make sure the total matches what you are told. The server told us $10.45 and our credit card bill came in at $5.95 more.
Went we walk in one of the staff was in the back them she comes out with her airpod on talking on the phone while pouring my yogurt, then out of no where a large male came also from the back no mask and they were both kinda not clean they didn’t have gloves and they way they were handling the toppings was kinda nasty.
Went in here for a quick dessert after dinner. Ordered the small size and I sweat we got like 1/2 oz of yogurt. It was the smallest I've ever been served at a PinkBerry or any other Froyo place. The guy working could not have cared less. Just wanted us out fast.

Worst location so far. So not honor birthday rewards appropriately. Cheap franchise owners. Go to another location.

Came here while on vacation about a month ago and remembered how bad old an experience my boyfriend and I had here and thought maybe the owner should know.The young gal working was extremely rude, I am not sure if she meant to make us uncomfortable, but it was so bad that we weren’t even comfortable enough to get toppings etc. in fact, I kept jabbing at my boyfriend that we should just leave the ice cream and leave. It was so bad, we’ve never experienced anything like this and it completely ruined our evening! I hope the owner sees this and thinks twice about their employees and the customer service skills! I know if we ever come back to LA we will NOT be back, we wanted to support a small business but we would rather spend our money on a franchise who trains their employees rhe right way.
