ALWAYS CLOSED! Open for business on random days with random hours. Constantly has large open signs in the window but when you finally find parking and get to the door the door is locked and they are not open, contrary to their signage. This has happened so many times to me that I am desperate enough to leave a Karen review :(
This location sucks. The cashier was so quick to put my order in she did not actually listen to what I said I wanted on my sandwich. I wanted stone mustard in my sandwich and slice bread. They made it wrong and I had to wait for them to make it again and I did not get Stone mustard. I received no receipt so I could verify my order initially. It’s also pretty overpriced. Not coming back
This team is great!!! They always make sure that not only do I get the best sandwich ? I get great service.
This location does not deliver 0.7 miles from their location. In addition, has delivery hours that differ from there business hours. Online ordering states “Closed” at 4:30pm

one of your workers was riding a bike and ran into me, guy yelled at me saying I should walk the other way but there's a bike lane for him. Dumbest worker I've ever met in my life and you should fire him. He's short, skinny and wears sunglasses : )
Beverly Hills location Review.Went to this location 30 minutes before closing one day and I was told by a Younger Male that they had to lock their doors early because they ran out of Bread (even though Loaves of Bread were within plain view).Went back the next day after work,ordered the Turkey Sub with ALL the "Freebies"...Got home and noticed that they had only added Peppers (no Cucumbers, Pickles, Tomatoes, etc. had been added as requested).Stay away from this Beverly Hills location on Beverly Boulevard.
It says it was open online but door is locked at 330 on a Sunday
Having the same issues as everyone else - this location was not open when I visited on Sunday. To the owner (bot) that replies to all of these negative comments - please don't respond and ask that I share my feedback directly with JJ's. It's obviously an ongoing issue, just update your hours so we can get our delicious sandwiches.
