Their chocolate vegan was trash. Slushy and way too sweet, barely chocolatey. Also they don’t allow samples which I think is because they don’t want you to see that the flavor is gross ??♀️
One of the best flavors I have ever tried. I was impressed at so many chocolate options , the Venezuelan chocolate is a MUST and also the Baklava gelato.

Zero stars but had to click one. I live in the City of Beverly Hills. I walked in to Fatamorgana, ordered my gelato only for the employee to say they don’t except cash? Odd. I had just gone to the ATM and then went to this place. Not using my card for this place- I don’t think so. Well know restaurants in the area yes- but not this place.Never going again. I don’t know anywhere where they don’t accept cash.It was an inconvenience that I won’t be bothered with again. Since I do dining reviews this is a clear- do not go!And they reply with saying one lives in the dark ages if they want to pay cash? I invest in crypto and NFT’s so if your business accepts Bitcoin or Doge let me know? Gelato here reminds me of Italy: the size of scoops is perfect, gluten free waffles and the amount of flavors you could barely imagine. Parking could be a hustle on weekends - that's a busy street. But the quality of gelato definitely worth it, I highly recommend! They also have a nice loyalty points program - once in a while I am getting my gelato for free.
Me and my fiancé were eating pink berry one night and while we were eating we saw allot of people walking with Icecream which I was like wait we didn’t see a ice cream shop only pink berry anyways every single person was scrapping the cup and that got my attention, so today we decide to go back and find the plane, we got there and Oh lord the fact that they had so many different kinds was amazing every single gelato ice cream you can think of, I got coconut and mango .
The vegan pistachio sorbet…. 10/10 Unbelievably Good !! They also have a wide range of vegan ice-creams, defiantly a must try if your in the Beverly Hills area.
Prioritizing in-store customers and ignoring all delivery orders. Had to wait 10 minutes for an order that should be ready by the time I arrive. Not acceptable, considering parking issues in this location.
