First time here and really disappointed. We tried to cancel our order but they don’t let us do it. There were several of people who already had there food and left. We waited for more then 30 minutes. Overall, poor service.
@alisonmartinoThe Brighton Coffee Shophas looked like this for DECADES. The old script font and awnings have never changed. I walked past it today for the firsttime in months. I thought I was on thewrong corner. Sadly, I wasn't. New owners changed it drastically. It's now unrecognizable and the inside has been turned into a sterile airport counter. And of course all the old pictures of the city have been removed. All I can say is WHY?? Because it no longer looks like a "coffee shop".It saddens me to no end watching our city consistently lose its character. How do you take away that original Googie signage??This clinical redo is unforgivable. As opposed to, you know, warm and welcoming.
Well, you can disregard all previous four star reviews. Apparently, this coffee shop is under new ownership. Not only did they kill the look, ambiance, and history of this place, they're incredibly rude. It now looks like a sterile, cookie cutter uninteresting diner. With bland colors, the awning gone and an almost unreadable sign, what was once a BH staple and hang out, is now an obvious uninspired "coffee shop" that is soon to meet its demise. Not historic or attractive enough for a Beverly Hills crowd, and definitely not cool enough for even a young crowd to give a try. It's funny how new business owners never take into consideration the history or a building or the people that frequent it. READ THE ROOM!!!!
I’ve gone here in the past, as I visit LA/BH a few times a month. Went by yesterday, and wow, I thought I was at a sterile kiosk at LAX. Zero ambiance, zero atmosphere, and zero customer service from the owners. I won’t be back.
I am glad they are open again. I like the new look. Same owner, excellent foods and services.
It’s an easy, comfortable place near Rodeo drive! Their Dalgona coffee is a must try. We had the chicken teriyaki lunch and was pretty good!
Absolutely no customer service skills. I only got a quick bite because I haven't eaten all day and I had to take my vitamins. Not once did they ask if I needed help. How are they staying in business with these horrible reviews. Smh.. Lastly they are selling Costco muffins and pastries for triple the price.
Easy place to grab food to go, or if there’s room, grab a table and eat in. Small place, but does have both indoor and outdoor seating.Prices are much more reasonable than some eateries within walking distance.Be aware: no bathrooms and no wifi

Ordered boba tea and eggs with potatoes - didn’t have the suitable straw. Potatoes were at least three days old.No way I’ll be coming back.
