By far, without a doubt, hands down the best sushi. Tom is absolutely incredible with bringing out the best flavors for all the different types of fish. He’s creative and his skills with texture and flavor are unsurpassed. His staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Must try!
Super slow service. Took a while for someone to greet me at the door. Ordered Seared Yellowtail sashimi and Babaloo roll. Both had weird flavors. Definitely not what I was expecting. I do not recommend.
I've been following the chef/owner, Tom, fo a number of years now. Since before he opened up Boss.There is no questioning of the quality of the fish he brings in for the restaurant. His creative dishes exhibit the many global influences he's been exposed to and shine through without use of the dark & sweet teriyaki sauce.His fusion style is true to the word while still maintaining a sense & style to his Japanese roots.

This restaurant is very horrible. Nobody was wearing mask when I enter the restaurant. Especially the chef and a waiter standing behind the sushi bar
