Food was very good. Staff were very nice. We sat inside but apparently they have outdoor tables too. It’s pricy but we enjoyed it.
Had such a great time with a friend. It was a quiet place, which we liked. The food is really good and the attendance too!
I wish I had more than 5 stars to give. The entire staff is friendly without being intrusive, the service is elegant without being fussy and the food is exactly what you want, no matter what it is you want to eat. Plus, it's quiet. There's no loud music piped onto the patio so you can actually talk and listen. One meal there feels like a vacation day.
We went here with some family who lives in the area to start our day of sightseeing. It was nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy the day. I had stayed at the L’Ermitage back in the early 80s with my parents and was excited to see how it had changed over the years. The dining has moved from the top floor to the lobby area, but the food was still impeccable. I ordered a chicken club and it was perfect, not dry at all. We all ordered fries that were super crisp on the outside and nice and soft inside. There was something on the menu for everyone, we had one person who was a vegetarian with gluten allergies and they were able to eat a full meal with no problem.
Our waiter was kind and attentive. The food was fantastic. Just what you need sometime quiet ambience and delicious food.
What a surprise. Great food. Great service. And this space has always been elegant. Glad it's still around.
It's a beautiful little restaurant; the food was delicious; and the service staff was charming and really eager to please. We ate on the patio which felt private. We will definitely come back.
Mothers day brunch at Avec Nous was perfect!!! We came in and were seated inside but when I asked the hostess if she could seat us outside, she gladly checked to see if there’s an available table for 5. We were seated in an outdoor patio, although there were guests, the noise level was quite pleasant. You get this privacy planters between tables which means you can’t really see who’s dining next to you. The staff was great! Very courteous and attended to our needs without even being asked. The food was wonderful. We had the Mother’s Day prix fixe menu and everything was perfect. The steak frites were my fave. They were cooked to perfection, very tender and the bread! Oh, the basket of assorted breads/pastries! They were so good that we had them boxed to go!:) the side veggies were a little on the salty side but we didn’t mind it at all. Desserts were not overly sweet. Just the way we preferred them to be. From the valet to the hostess to the staff to location and to the overall look of the restaurant, Avec Nous is ? for us!!!
