Historic location! And what great placement to see Beverly Hills. Outdoor seating right on the corner across from the BH sign. Grab a latte, a bagel, and walk the Golden Triangle.
Great place nice outdoor seating. Some of the prices are not bad others questionable. BUT, my order was WRONG and it jacked up the price. ( The difference between Avocado $3 and cucumber which I actually ordered for .50 ) it was not even busy! How is a small chocolate milk, a medium Chai, a crescent, and a bagel $26.00? Next time I come to a group event I will brown bag it.

Very underwhelmed. Read it was a good place to visit aesthetically and for location to Beverly Hills park and Rodeo Drive so inserted into our travel itinerary as a lunch stop. When we arrived (12:53pm) they had zero bagels left, the only food options were a granola yoghurt cup or 2 of the breakfast burrito options. I cannot remember which of the burrito options I chose but it was not nice. I barely made it a quarter of the way through. The man who served us behind the counter seemed rather clueless, unhelpful and as though he did not want to be there.
Delicious burrito and coffee! We grabbed our food and headed over to Beverly Hills park to eat our breakfast and sip our coffee. The burritos are so good with a light wrap that doesn’t make you feel like you’re eating mostly bread and the sauce was a delish addition!
My daughter wanted to come here while in town and saw how cute the place was for photos. We stayed for a bit, can get a little crowded but my daughter enjoyed the experience!

Good service but awful taste coffee. Ordered a large latte, taste like they use the same amount of espresso for all only more milk for the larger cup. There are some good reviews about their beans, maybe I should just buy the beans. Seems they have best location, best machine, best beans, how weird they couldn’t make good coffee!
