This is a Taiwanese style boba tea place. It's very popular and it's take out only. There is good variety of milk and fruit tea and they are quite good.

Grass Jelly Almond Latte is an absolute favorite. Half sweet all drinks as this place's drinks are all very sweet. Hours are a little meh. Overall great boba place.
Superior boba (tapioca pearls). They were soft with the perfect amount of chewiness and sweetness.The smoothie drink portion is interesting.I didn’t quite find a right combination.I had a matcha with almond milk mix, which wasn’t good on my part because although the taste was nice, it was a bit thick.Also tried, the Yifang fruit tea. It has actual slices of fruit in it so it wasn’t my taste and took up space. They also had passion fruit seeds in it that were a bit crunchy.I definitely need to go back and give it another go.
Boba is pretty good. It's usually pretty busy so the employees are often overwhelmed and sometimes a little rude.Drink quality is better than the SF Chinatown Yifang. Not as good as the Fremont and Daly City YiFangs.
This place was pretty cool. You come in and order on an iPad. The menu has suggestions on sweetness level and boba toppings which is helpful. After the order is placed they have a tv that displaces the status of ur order. We got the strawberry milk with grass jelly and the matcha latte with brown sugar boba.
Legit Taiwanese boba place. Not the best in Taiwan but definitely 5 stars in the US. Love the Monday 20% off on Snackpass! Oh and the egg pancakes 雞蛋糕 are amazing, taste like home :)
I got the brown sugar pearl latte, but I feel like they didn't put enough brown sugar in mine :( The pearls are pretty good though!
Excellent Boba! Flavors burst in your mouth and the teas are fantastic. You can't really go wrong with a Taiwanese Tea/Boba spot since they are the OGs of Tea/Boba world, BUT this place definitely excels more than the others.
Love the brown sugar boba milk tea here! Absolutely delicious.
