Cute place! No frills but flavors and price are great and it’s def worth stopping in to grab something if you have a sweet tooth like I do! As you can see, I really enjoy their parfaits haha
Japanese-style soft serve ice cream in a fresh and warm taiyaki cone filled with your choice of filling!Black sesame is my favorite flavor with sweet red bean filling in the cone. The seasonal flavor is always changing and there are some really unique flavors (see photos).Taiyaki is a Japanese treat made on a grill press with batter and a filling. Fillings may include sweet red bean, custard, or Nutella. The outside is slightly crispy and the inside is soft and fluffy. Paired with ice cream it's a dream!
Soft serve was great. The sesame ube swirl is perfect. I do wish they had the thai tea but maybe next time.
Japanese flavors of ice cream aren't really my thing but the ice cream quality itself is great and the variety of toppings/serving is phenomenal!
Was not pleased with my experience here. I've always loved Uji in San Francisco, but this one is not good. I was really disappointed because they gave me a taiyaki for my soft serve that was clearly NOT fresh. It was dark-colored, cold, and dry. Somi Somi in Livermore and Uji in SF always make them fresh; this was NOT fresh and tasted burnt. The only reason for two stars is that the soft serve (matcha) was good.Do not recommend this location and will not be back.
Pretty cool place with some nice people working there. I think that one of the cooks tried to fight me the other day over something or another which was bizarre, but other than that it was cool. He like followed me to my car with his hand up and I drove away because that’s weird.
Super super yummy and amazing! My go to flavor is black sesame with red bean filling drizzled with honey. Definitely check it out!
The picture I took was today Tuesday. But when I asked for the on sale ice cream they me something different and charged me more! Then they took down the sign and told me that they can't sell me the hard ice cream that is on sale because it ALL expired. They should honor the sign that is posted and not lie to costumers to save a few dollars. Bunch of Liars
