Triple Rock claims to be the oldest brewery in the US in operation today. Don’t know if that’s true, but it’s a good place to get a beer outside and chill. You order through your phone.
Everything about this was great! I had thr housemade seltzer and the session IPA both were amazing! I had the spicy chicken sandwich whick which woukd have only been made better if you could add pepper jack cheese... Maybe pickles... So bomb! I will say, the whole order and lay by QR Code was a bit of turn off. Don't love that every person that comes to yoyr table is different and at that point you seem like talking to them is an annoying thing. I want to spend $50 on a meal for one and get some response from the staff. After 2+ years of none its time to get back to social interactions. Flavors amazing, beer more than solid!
An institution in Berkeley with great indoor and outdoor seating. They consistently deliver great food as well as eclectic, delicious beer, ciders, and wine. The salmon on their Caesar salad melts in your mouth while have a thin crispy crust that is so savory and delicious. This ain’t no bar food.
Really great food and beer. The set up is wonderful, great street tables and the roof is awesome.
I ended up at Triple Rock by accident today. I had planned for an end-of-the-year lunch with some ex-coworkers at a nearby restaurant and it was closed. I had not been in this place since the 90’s, I think it was just beer back then. I was pleasantly surprised to see the cocktail menu. The Campsite Karaoke cocktail was so good it tasted like candy. The food is standard fare with good portions. Service was quick, contactless and efficient.
Order the beer flights! It’s worth it! Some cocktails are original and not bad. Sweet potato fries and onion rings are solid. The garlic fries, however, is a bit soggy.
Service was surprisingly quick for what seemed like a busy Thursday night. My fries and burger were nothing to write home about, but I enjoyed both of my crisp, hoppy ales. I should have packed an extra layer, but space heaters for their sidewalk seating would have been welcomed.

Nice bar with outdoor seating option. They are somewhat small and can be rowdy at times. Sometimes there are good combo deals that you can take advantage of. Their beverage is top notch in the area.
A solid brewpub. A variety of satisfying burgers and sandwiches, excellent fried goodies, an a rotating selection of taps. There's a lovely patio upstairs if you don't like sports, as well as classic games behind the bar.
