No host or hostess available to seat us. No other restaurant personnel helped. In fact, we were told we would just have to wait. I finally went to the hotel guest gift shop and asked just me. The service was so poor, we finally walked out.

We went for the Sunday brunch and it was delightful! Delicious food, great service, wonderful views! Canât wait to come back for dinner!
Roger is an excellent server attentive to our dinning experience. He expertly boxed our to go food.
We made a reservation for outdoor dining and when we got there no outside tables were set up. It took forever just to get water and coffee. The milk was lumpy that was brought for the coffee. No one took our order for quite a while. Once we ordered about 20 min later someone came to ask if our order had been taken. Food finally came and my friend ordered salmon ceaser salad but the salmon was on the side. I added bacon to my burger than they forgot and the food was luke warm. They didnât ask if we wanted anything else and left the bill. Then wouldnât collect the bill after we told multiple people we were ready so we had to walk it and hand it to someone. Needless to say, not impressed and seemed like the staff didnât know what they were doing.
Poor service: forgot items requested; wrong items brought to our table. Waiter only returned at the end. Made our party of two sit at tiny drink/bar tables; would not let us use regular table for four, yet the tables went unused for the one hour we were there. This restaurant has a very dated decor in keeping with the Double Tree Hotel where it is located. I wil not return again.
Great food at our business meal
We love the Boathouse and come here regularly as locals. The view is great. Friendly to our infant. Have live music. Good food and drinks.
Beautiful deck and view for a nice Saturday brunch.
Enjoyed the setting of the Berkeley Marina. Good place to have a meal and enjoy a drink.
