This is a nice place to sit and eat in Berkeley, though I would grab a drink elsewhere. My partner and I arrived here 30-40min before closing and the staff were friendly and fast. The dining room is pleasant and clean. We had the momo sampler, lamb curry, and okra. The chicken momos were delicious, a savory mix of flavors in a delicious noodle wrap. The lamb curry was also very nice, but we probably would not order the okra again. The beer here is $11 for an import lager, and my partner and I decided to get drinks elsewhere.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Reasonable prices, and great food!
The owner is so amazing! So kind and offers great service. Food is BOMB! My friends and I always stop by here when we are in the area, never a disappointment ????
I am from Nepal who eats a lot of good food but when my son take me there the food taste like a trash. I didn’t like the food. The owner of the restaurant was also rude. I didn’t recommend going to go there. The smell of the food was also not good. They have made joke for Nepalese culture and food.
I suggest you not to go in this restaurant. The old owner of this restaurant was really nice at that time they serve us a good food but now its bad. The food they make here is unhygienic. This restaurant is making Nepalese ethnic food as a garbage. I believe this is a bad restaurant in entire bay area. Please don't go in this restaurant.
Great food and great prices. The soup just before the meal adds a special touch. Glad we stopped in here.
Hello,I like Little Nepal because the atmosphere here is amazing. Mostly, I like that they have really good prices and the servers are very fast. I like the chicken in a spinach sauce. The Lamb tandoori is unreal. My mother likes it, so we order two plates.Delicoius food and nice decoration. I think I will be back! Thank you for a great service!
Second trip here and it was delicious. Glad I ordered medium spice because it was spicy. I had the lamb byriani and Naan. I had only Naan left over. Will come back again.
I have ordered take out 3 times now from Dhruva and each time I have been solidly blown away. So let's do the math, that 3x5 = 15 stars. But seriously, I used to work for Food & Wine Magazine in NYC and Dhruva's flavors are remarkable. Every ingredient and I do mean every...is perfectly prepared. Sign me up for the next cooking class. Thank you for your dedication. We really appreciate it.
Excellent Himalayan food, a little bit on the expensive side, was also the location of karma kitchen, which you'll have to look up, they're chicken Tandoori, and Naan are First Rate, don't ask for spicy unless you mean it.
