Best ice cream on the bay area. Period. Flavors are bright, ice cream creamy, every lick brings delight.
Ok, I hate to give negative reviews. The ice cream is fairly good. Some of the flavours are great (lavender, strawberry sorbet, blueberry was nice as well). Some are meh - I didn’t really like the green tea (?) sorbet I got the other day. The taste was pretty plain. What I really didn’t like though is the vibe. You will find yourself behind a plastic desk with all sorts of signs telling you what you should and shouldn’t be doing. Behind the plastic desk, a fairly unimpressed employee. Pretty rude for US standards (was she American? I don’t know, doesn’t matter, but I felt like we were bothering buying from the business ??♀️).
Never have their best selling ice cream. Chocolate stout, pistachios or walnut

Waited in line today since 5:45pm and when it was my turn to order the extremely rude employee with pink hair dismissively said: “it’s six o’clock we are closed”. I’ve been a customer for years, we frequented this place during the pandemic to show support and appreciation. We’ve purchased countless birthday cakes over the years. Today Tara’s lost a very loyal customer because of an impetuous and petty employee. Who knows maybe she had a hair appointment and had to rush off? Terrible service.
