We had an enjoyable meal here. Delicious chicken enchiladas and chicken taquitos. Friendly and efficient staff. Large portions at good prices. Very clean and plenty of parking. Save room for desserts. Flan and Tres Leches cake. Our go to spot for Mexican food for now on in Berkeley and North Oakland.
Charming family owned vibes and open and clean bathroom. There's dine in and takeout. The burrito I got unfortunately was mostly rice and dry making it fall apart easily. Would come again if the filling proportions were different.
First time here. Nice inside! Clean, bright colors. Got a carnitas taco. Good price. Delicious. Nice staff. I would definitely come back.
Food was served hot n it was delicious.Not too spicy yet authentic.The guacamole and sour cream was awesome. The salsa options were all good and tasty.Coke in bottle is available.I must come back to try margaritas they looked very good.
The best taqueria in the area. If you are vegetarian or vegan normally you’ll find one or two options in a regular taqueria but this one has more than 10! Delicious nopales and zucchini burritos. The server Claudia is super friendly, patient and polite.The decoration is creative, full of flowers, plants and paintings. Awesome spot to hang out
This place seems inconsistent it seems hit or miss. The first two times I went everything I ordered was delicious however the last two times I went the salsas were completely different and all of the food was extremely salty! As a matter of fact the same thing happens at Talavera which is there sister restaurant I'm out ownership. And I have had the same issue there one time I have a delicious burrito the next time as a matter of fact the last time I went everything there was way way way too salty
Hi, I’ve never eaten here, but I was just wondering why the sign in your window says taco Wednesday. Why isn’t it taco Tuesday? Or even taco Thursday? Rhetorically speaking, given the choice between alliteration or no alliteration, this decision just doesn’t make sense. Please explain - I am not angry, just confused. Thank you.
The best food I ever tasted out side Mexico, Reminds of my grandma food !!! The best pozole and try the desert ARROZ CON LECHE mmmmm is a glory of taste !! And the service A+. My employees liked it very much !!!!!
Food is ok, but they've gotten my to-go order wrong four times in the past 10 orders. Sometimes the mistakes are minor (came with beans when I wanted them held), sometimes more significant (came with meat when I ordered vegetarian). The tickets are always correct, but the mistake is in the kitchen. It's tricky to verify burrito orders in the store without opening up the burrito, so I wish they were just more vigilant in the kitchen. I've only gone back because I live a block away.
The host with the red hair was very pretty and nice, the food was great as well, I got the red pozole and it was simple, the broth, meat, and the hominy grains, the tortillas look handmade and everything about the place is very dope, only downside is the homeless man camping outside the place but I can overlook that.
