Needs to provide alternative to plastic straw. I have my own, but recommend Plentea around the corner for a more responsible alternative (and it’s cheaper.)
Both milk tea and fruit tea were legit and delicious. Slightly more expensive than other places. It is also a bit difficult to find parking if you are visiting the area.

Horrible customer service both of the two girls we spoke to about the horrible drink we received rolled there eye at us when we asked to switch the drink since it didn’t look or taste like the drink in the picture. The girl with boy cut blonde hair said she was the supervisor on shift and could not switch the drink that taste horrible. The other girl with long hair roller her eyes at the least they could have done was refunded me my money and take the drink back. The most disrespectful place I have gone to and received bad service. They wouldn’t even give me my money back after waiting for 20 mins. Will never order from this place again.
Mango Tea smoothie is excellent! Theres alot of tea places around but this place is efficient while using alot of tech reflecting our near-future where we are sure to live among robots. Kind of surreal but when that robot announces your number, boy are you happy. Ding ding ding. Item for me. There is a friendly human working at the front though so you also have human interaction.
The “Tie Guan Yin Tea Latte” with boba is a great choice.By the way, you can use snackpass app to online order drink then go to pick up.
Very fancy place with high prices. Passion fruit green tea was pretty good, but was ALREADY pre made. Saw it being poured from a container in the fridge. Normally wouldn’t be an issue if it wasn’t so expensive. Boba is definitely fresh and the menu has lots of options.
