Vegan tacos (vegetarian with no cheese) were soo delicious. The flour tortilla was fresh and the taco itself had soo much flavor. The chips with vuac were hard but I still ate them
the Taco's Al Pastor, best in bay area, great seasoned, great double tortillas, crema on top, add a diet coke good lunch and the Menudo rocks

Hidden gem. If you can't decide on a mexican restaurant this place is a no brainer. It has a sophisticated touch so the prices are on the higher side compared to your typical mexican food stop. Their meats are very tasty especially the al pastor. Our go to ia the torta de al pastor. It is to die for. Pair it with their habanero sauce and you have a perfect match. They have a pateo outside if you dont have your vaccination card/ID to dine in. Parking can be hard to find at times because its next to the shopping strip but that's expected. You shouldn't have a problem finding a spot on a weekday.
Great fast and easy tacos! Skip the fish taco but the Al pastor was incredible. The tortilla soup was flavorful and filling too. A little oily, but definitely a meal! Drinks looked great but we didn't order any. I'll be back!
What have changed at Tacubaya that food is almost unedible? That's the reason i'm giving it 1 start. This was my to-go spot with friends to eat their cactus-egg bfast, beef enchilada and cafe de olla. Not anymore. My friends think since they moved their food went south. Owner might be focus on her new spot and neglected T. I can only say that as a breakfast person i'm really disappointed. There is no reason to pay $$ for microwave unfrozen tamales or cold old tongue tacos. So sorry.
Someone in my party has a health condition that prevents her from eating anything spicy and makes her speech unclear at times. We walked into the restaurant and the front desk person, Fabiola, completely disrespected this person - not making eye contact, talking over her, and treating her disability like an annoying special request. When we asked if the fish taco had any chiles or spice, she nonchalantly said it ‘wasn’t spicy for her but maybe for you’. She disrespected our friend and made her feel so bad that we just left. The other workers were great but Fabiola ruined a great restaurant. Will never return, hope all future customers be aware.

Honestly... I expected more.... this place was talked up. I ordered the crunchy chicken tacos. I expected some flavor, but the shredded chicken lacked flavor IMHO.Not sure I'd go here again. One plus is the potatoe fritters are good!
