Not bad, sometimes service can range from a bit rude to pretty cool. Comes out fast but can also be delayed even if the app (use Snackpass, I recommend it)says it’s ready. Best boba in Berkeley so far, because they are consistent with quality, taste, and business. I have to give boba ninja another shot, they seemed pretty okay too!Plentea and share tea dropped in quality :/
I go here regularly, their sweetheart black tea is good, their fried octopus is a little too salty sometimes but their instant rice is pretty good, I have mixed feelings about this place, the boba is good but the people there are extremely rude, I came in and sometimes they don’t even bother to talk to you, I misunderstood where my order was and the guy just looked at me and stared me down then after I kept asking where I can pickup my order he finally showed me, also they act like they’re caught off guard whenever I tell them my order number, I always make sure to say my number clearly but I have to constantly repeat myself, if you order ahead on snackpass it’s alright, but this isnt the place to enjoy your service or enjoy waiting in the line they usually have of people ordering.
Husband and I from out of state and looking for something close to us late night, we just happened to ride down this street. I got some stuff from the store next door and the smells coming from this place were good so we checked it out. We thought the burgers fries and ketchup were some of the best we’ve had. The meals were simple and they were so good. We will definitely visit this place again. The ordering system was quick and easy although I derply couldn’t find where to insert my chip.haha. I read the other reviews in the morning before I made this and I think this is worth mentioning the man was friendly and polite to me, it was late around 2:30AM.
My favorite boba place!! Many variations of the black tea and you can do regular milk or non-dairy creamer. But most importantly, by far the best, tastiest, chewiest boba balls!!
Got calamari from here and a lot of the pieces tasted fine, but others were goopy— as if they weren’t fully cooked? Also, I ordered a milk tea but got thai tea once which I’m not complaining about, I just didn’t ask for it. ?
This was my favorite milk tea spot in college and I've been back a few times since with no issue. Was excited to go back again on a recent visit, only to find the price was double what I used to pay, the quality went way down, and it was a 15 minute wait (my friend who ordered from the machine after me had an 8 minute wait). Informed my partner that they should leave their nostalgia at that -- just a memory, no more visits, lest they would also experience extreme disappointment. If I'm going to pay nearly $10 for a single milk tea, and that's a big if, it's going to be somewhere with much higher quality.
Online ordering is was okay but they don’t have certain items that are listed online. They take an extraordinarily long time making each order.
A nice quaint ambiance, a small cafe with friendly vibes. Liked the lychee slushy.
Basic milk tea shop. The boba was chewy and the milk tea tasted great!
The boba itself is not very good. The texture is not chewy. The milk tea itself was not very good either. There are better places to get boba for sure.
