No dine-in and can’t order in person, only online or with the app.
Definitely love their salads!Vegan options, very fresh, good ingredients… a healthy alternative to junk food!Recommend ?
The food I’ve had here in the past was good. But this location now does not let you in the restaurant or even let you place an order. You have to download the app, set up an account and profile, share your email, etc while you stand outside on the sidewalk. I took the trouble to do that and still gave up and walked away because ordering online is difficult. As you are swiping through 100 different salad modifications the app thinks you are adding stuff to your salad, which I wasn’t. I was just swiping. Do not go to this location unless you are a regular customer who has placed an order ahead.
They were out of lots of ingredients, especially the meats, yet they allowed the order to go through on the app and charged the same price. We paid regular price just for lettuce and avocado and a piece of lime that was sitting from the day before.
I get it. This location still has not opened up for inside dining. When I went to get my online order, there was a guy picking up his food from a side door, so I waited behind him. Once he was done, the staff person told me I needed to go around front to get my food. I went around front and there was a guy waiting to get his order. This same staffer gave him his food then yelled at him for not letting me go ahead of him. He apologized but was confused… as anyone would be. Given we were all polite to the staffer, the staffer is a bad representation of how Sweetgreen wants their customers treated, I am sure.
Good place for a salad. The menu changes by the season. I’ve tried a few salads on the menu and enjoyed all of them.
I dislike having to use an app to order in person. Check your orders too, one of my salads was missing chicken, I would have gone back but I had already driven home.
I'm not particularly a fan of fast food but hey, if you're going to do fast-food how about some healthy fast salads, there are always fresh, only take minutes to prepare, and our fairly priced so as not to hit your wallet too hard? Sign me up. Little disappointed that they don't have a tip jar to reward the young staff, and a little suspicious as to their corporate Origins, but I look at this as the natural successor to what was here before which was Oscar's hamburgers which served big, greasy, juicy, medium, oily, greasy fries, and sweet Coca-Cola's until the cows came home, which they did and now it's a salad joint. But it's a solid joint that I agree with. Seasonal salad, fresh ingredients and quick turnaround time and make this a winner for anybody in a hurry who wants to eat healthy. Who says fast food has to be unhealthy?
I am not a big fan of this place. First of all you can only only order online there's nowhere to park around there when I arrived even though my food had been ready for 5 minutes I had to stand in line with other people to wait to pick up my food the food itself was pretty good I wish the greens were not just raw I think you get more nutrients in there a little bit more palatable however having said that everything was very tasty I just find the concept I've only being able to order online off putting
Went to the restaurant to order for my office team. Was told I could ONLY order on line when I was standing in front of a server. Logged onto the website which is a nightmare to navigate. I don’t want my personal information in a restaurants system. Went down the street to tender greens. Places my order for 5 and had my order in less time that it took to try and set up online with Simple greens. Won’t be coming back. Definitely not customer centric.
