WOW Spats has changed so much!!! I used to go here all the time with others while I was stationed at Concord NWS. That was back in 1993-1994. The spats I remember was couches with coffee tables and a laid back social atmosphere. Times have changed. Miss Berkeley!!!
Worst bar/club I have ever been to. The bar was understaffed and slow we tried to order drinks for >40min but were ignored the whole time. Do not go there ever!
