I was really excited to try out this place, but unfortunately there were a couple of things that made my experience poor.1. Flavor: While I enjoyed the Wing and Things platter overall, the seasoning on the wings was overpowering—it made the dish salty and spicy, without depth to the spice. I would’ve liked to see potentially some sweetness and acidity to balance out the harshness. There is a little bit of lime-esque tang to the seasoning, BUT it was completely overpowered by the saltiness of seasoning. Fortunately, I had both Manuka honey + maple syrup and lime juice at home which truly elevated the dish. However, they were cooked perfectly, a great balance of crispiness and juiciness. The other side dishes were good, but their flavors weren’t too memorable nor innovative!2. Food Safety: I only had a couple of bites of the side dishes because I found hair in both the spicy basil pork and the garlic noodles, so they had to be tossed ASAP (a bummer because I did enjoy them). Secondly, given the one-note saltiness of the wings, this meal did cause subsequent sodium-induced headache. Both events combined dampened the experience of the entire meal.
Hands down the BEST chicken sandwich in B-town. Crispy, juicy and full of wonderful Thai flavors and seasoning. The brioche bread is soft and complements the chicken very well. The chicken satay taco's are very unique and also very tasty. Stop reading and just go try it! You won't be disappointed.
Nothing in this world can top a fried chicken sandwich, the triple S does it right.
One of the best fried chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had. Fair prices, really good quality food
A legit contender for best friend chicken sandwich in town. The chicken juicy in places, crispy in places, nicely seasoned. The pickles very complementary. Spicy, but the right amount, not as some kind of stunt. Bun nicely grilled, just the right density. Just barely small enough to bite, meaning it is exactly the perfect size. A ton of food between the bread; I personally can't imagine eating this with a side of fries. Best to call ahead instead of walking up. I waited 20 minutes for mine.
I gave yall a second chance. I updated my rating to a higher one because I didnt want to be 2 harsh based on a single experience. But now every I see that lady, she keeps giving me a really poor and disrespectful attitude. Why she is mad because she messed up my order I will never know. Everybody else there is super polite and hospitable, but im not intrested in risking having to interact with mis bad attitude again. The food is not worth putting up with that.
The thai wings are the best dry spice wings I’d ever had up to that point.
Best chicken sandwich in recent memory. Chicken satay tacos were also yummy and good value. Will be coming here again!
Excellent food. Everything on the menu is fantastic.Highly recommend the fried chicken wings and fried chicken thighsSliders are good value!I go here several times a month and they never get old
I love going to a place where the owner comes out beaming with pride for their delicious food. This is one of those rare places. The fried chicken sliders were AWESOME.You get two and they are bigger than your average sliders. So I brought them home and shared.Totally recommended!
