My experience there was amazing, it tasted delicious and the price is reasonable. The service is quick and the people are so nice. And also it is very close to the high school. To anyone, just go!
The guy working there was so kind and helpful. I was in a rush and placed my order to the Oakland location and they didn’t want to refund me my money. Luckily the nice gentleman was very understanding and made my order without an extra charge. Thank you very much!

soap-y acai is just not a vibe
To start, the service was honestly pretty slow but I was able to look past that given they only had one girl working and she was making our two orders and other people were in line. Additionally, they only give one free topping and charge you $.95 PER topping when you could go to another place and get all the toppings for less than $10. However, what i was not able to look past was the fact the girl making our bowls did not wash her hands nor wear gloves and was scooping the fruit to put in our bowl with her bare hands. The fruit was still in the original packaging as if it just came from the grocery store and was not washed which is honestly disgusting. When my friend confronted her she said she was new and no one trained her to wear gloves...either way still gross given that we are currently in a pandemic.
Amazing service! The girl who made my bowl wasn’t only very nice and funny but also did an amazing job. Loved this placed and will definitely come back. Get the freshly ground pb!!
