No line, but 5 people after me were served their drinks before my drink was made. All their orders were multiples, mine a single. Maybe they prioritize more expensive orders..??. don't know...but longest I've ever waited for a single beverage.An apology by the cashier guy, but not the buresta gal who skipped my order.Bummer.
After two tries I’m surprised that their cappuccinos aren’t good.
Cold brew was obviously originally brewed hot and then iced for iced coffee. As a cold brew drinker that was disappointing. I would just like some warning so I could not order it and disrespect my tastebuds as such.
The coffee is absolutely excellent it's never been an issue the only issue is nowadays with the cell phones and all the mobile apps it's ridiculous just to walk into the place and try and get anything. I have been on there on quite a few occasions of late or I have had to wait over 15 plus minutes just to get a cup of coffee because of all the phone in and app orders that they have to do ahead of time. It's disgusting there is no customer service you walk to a place and you get served after the people that call in and order online to have some mobile app deliver their coffee to them it's disgusting what the world has come to!
According to my parents the coffee is stronger and tastier here than at the other coffee place. They like it better.

I like Pete coffee a lot and I go for all of them but this exact store I don't know what's going on with them , they are rude for some people not for all people and they did not make my coffee right So I had to go back and ask them for cinnamon dust and my coffee was almost black they did not add enough half-and-half milk, And charge me more for the my American Which supposed to be $4.30 but they charged me $5.05
I went in and was more than 6 feet apart and they were only 3 people inside. This rude employee with gray dyed hair asked me to step out. Instead of greeting me. The people there already had ordered. I decided to just go take my service to another Pete's coffee.
Nice like all Peet’s cafes I’ve been, good tasting coffee.
