If you do not have the Peet's coffee app, get it!! I have yet to meet any rude employees at Peet's coffee. They are all friendly, smile on the face, pleasant atmosphere and my coffee is always the bomb!!Tip very well they deserve it!!
I usually always give Peet's a five Star. However, there was a new barista on duty and I'm a very patient person ,but the time was a lot longer, and she had to remake my drink because the temperature gauge fell inside. I think she was flustered because of the line. The manager who was present finally came out to assist and gave me my drink. I don't fault the new person as much as I do the manager, who should have been more cognizant of the line, and the young lady skills. Do better Peet's, I know you can, and should have, a five star rating. Next time for sure, I hope.
Overall friendly efficient staff. Music too loud - Cher do you believe in life after love at 8:45am no thanks. They don't care.Counter fellow forgot pastry, then did not offer to warm it. There went my one dollar tip. Another day in paradise, folks.

Waited for 10 min without acknowledgement by 4 people staffing location...2 disappeared...1 making drinks...and cashier have aimless conversation about the marching band while a ignoring the line forming to the door

Wonderful service and the people were so kind.
Convenient, overall good services and the coffee was great as usual. I just wish they would get lids that don't leak coffee everywhere the minute you walk out the door.
