I had tree rice triangles, order from worst to best; spicy tofu, teriyaki tofu, and ume.The spicy tofu sauce was sus. The sauce had a weird aftertaste/feeling, similar but far from a breathe mint without any mint flavor. It's a flavor semi common in grocery store pad thai. I don't know what ingredient it was, it is hard to explain, but it entirely ruined my enjoyment of the spicy tofu. 1/5The teriyaki tofu was pretty generic. I ate it no problem and generally it is harder to mess up a teriyaki dish. It is probably the safest thing to order, taste wise. 3/5The ume (pickled plum) was my favorite. I enjoyed it the most because I personally love sour plum. There is too much plum to rice and the first few bites will be overwhelmingly sour. As much as I like it, it would be nice if there was a much bigger ratio of rice to plum to cut some of the strong sourness. 4/5Ordering three triangles also came with edamame and lime which was small but quite enjoyable. I sprinkled the spicy powder with the edamame which made it really good. 5/5There is a lot of potential but I feel the recipe and ratios could be changed a little.
Nice for a quick bite to eat and I especially liked the salmon rice triangle. Good portion size, usually 2 or 3 fill me up.
They have amazing “sushi” so much easier to eat than regular sushi! I recommend the short rib rice triangle it’s delicious!
Good place for a snack, I got the salmon and tuna triangle. The tuna one is a must of you're a fan of raw fish!
