Good service, the staff is nice and friendly.The large bucket of fried chicken is a good deal if you are looking for a shared meal with your friends, the bucket comes with sauces and a quarter of lemon.Salmon fried is crispy. The set comes with a small bowl of miso soup, but I found the fried chicken better though !This place is affordable, especially if you are a student (you can ask for a free sauce on your rice).
Katsu Curry with brown rice was good but there were insects flying around the dining area that ruined my appetite.?
We had the chicken katsu curry and it was disappointing. The curry was too watery to be authentic karē and it lacked taste. Chicken was also bland. I appreciate that the business offered extra curry and rice for students, though.
Very fast service by friendly staff. Great Japanese style curry with perfectly crispy pork katsu. Affordable, yummy choice for students!!
At 7PM on a Thursday it was empty. Service was good but the food was so so. I’m a big fan of Japanese curry, I ordered the vegetarian with fried tofu. Would recommend getting soft tofu as the fried was tough and tasted like old oil. The curry itself was boring with none of the delightful umami I’m used to. Maybe the non vegetarian is better. Medium spice was pleasant and not very hot.
Really good curry, nothing fancy good spot to chop it up with a a friend. It's kinda small so don't bring the whole crew. On the other hand the chicken katsu is delicious and I left full.
My favorite Japanese curry spot in the bay area. Love the chicken and vegge soup with udon noodles. Katsu and hamburger curry is also a fav option.

My brother brought me here for lunch, and it quickly became a regular stop for the family. This is my favorite place for curry. It's the perfect flavor and spiciness every time. We do take out now. Parking is not always easy to find. The portions are generous and we could easily share a plate, but that never happens because it's too good. The vegetarian curry is my preferred dish. I wish I had photos to share, but the food was devoured quickly!
