I put it down to one star because I asked for extra sauce on my big mac and filet fish I got no extra sauce on my sandwiches so I asked for a little cup of sauce and the manager said I had to pay for extra sauce I paid already why do I have to pay again. I asked to speak to the manager she never showed up and I was on lunch.I know you probably don't care cause you have a lot of customers but you lost a customer cause of some sauce and my sandwiches where dry I had to find some ketchup. I will not come back.
Ordered from the app. Service was speedy, less than 7 min. Though I ordered take out saw there were seats out and took one close to the window. It's MacDonald's, you get what you pay for. In my case, an order of two large fries (there Large isn't what it used to be, the Large red container, a medium maybe...bag stuffed) and Fillet O Fish. Filling but the price wasn't agreeable, won't break my bank account but could've gotten burger and fries for a few dollars less a block away. But I got a meal for less than $17.
Someone here at this McDonalds is pulling a fast one. Two days ago - 5/5-2022, I purchased two cheeseburgers, fries and coke. I requested the "regular size." It was all put into a bag and I went to the table. I opened the bag and immediately noticed that the fries were in what appeard to be a small paper bag (Not boxed) and when I went to the counter and enquired, I pulled out the bag to show. The small bag was stamped “Large” and I enquired further. Much to my surprise the teller said that yes... this was now the large fry order! This new deception is LESS than 1/2 or the medium order that comes with the large fry combo of the two burgers, fry and coke. I won’t be headed to this McDonalds again and when on the road, if this is the norm... I will stop eating at the McDonalds chains from now on! McDonalds has always had the best french fries and this is simple deception for the consumer. Yep... this is the LARGE SIZE (Read it yourself!) that is now served with your meal.
They consistently make mistakes on drive through orders. Sometimes I don't get syrup with my hotcakes, sometimes I don't get jam with my big breakfast, sometimes there's only a "drop" of tartar sauce on the filet fish burgers, sometimes there's only a drop of secret sauce on big Macs and one time I got a big Mac the meat Patty's were together instead of separated onto their separate bins. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to make fast food correctly. Or does it?
The restaurant was clean, they have a good costumer service... But I love breakfast?☕?
Clean Swift friendly staff and hot food always thank you McDonald's for a reasonable breakfast and lunch and sometimes dinner.
One of the better McDonald's, food has always been hot and fries are often golden crispy. The only downside is that a crazy crack zombie will sometimes wander up to you from out of nowhere and beat on your windshield until you make a tribute by throwing a box of chicken nuggets at it
This branch never accept card payment during the night. Always tells to customers that our system is down.
Yeah - another McDonald's, but this location almost always has nice employees whether going inside to get food or using their drive through. I generally hate going to places like this because they normally have staff that hate their jobs and are not polite, but this one is almost always the exception.I recently startled a young lady working in there when I asked to speak to her manager because she assumed she did something wrong, but I instead made her blush when I told her I just wanted the manager to know how polite she was and how much I appreciated it. Sometimes people who work in these types of jobs need someone to take the time to pay them a compliment and actually thank them for the work that they do for so little pay.If you want bad service, just drive down San Pablo further and go to the Eneryville location.
Wasn't the best experience. Meat was dry (Big Mac). Fries had ittle to no seasoning. The homeless people and basic location at this particular McD's has the people (young girls) working there behind barred windows with freaked out expressions. Literally there is a massive homeless camp pit yards away that looks like he'll on earth.
