Amazing and affordable !The staff is really kind, patient and fast.Generous size of the dishes and student deals (small discount on specific offers).
A freaking amazing, I had no earthy clue on what to try and the wonderful woman behind the counter quizzed me on my likes and dislikes and she quickly discovered wings that are sweet and spicy were so on point, and I'm sorry for no pictures because I ate them like they were going to run from the box, along with the beef Koja and the only down side was I only ordered one, so in all fairness when I touchdown in Berkeley again that's my first stop.
Good but the chicken bowl had about 6 small pieces of chicken and was 80% rice and lettuce.

Every time I come, you guys are closed. Website says you close at 9, yet doors/gated are closed at 3pm
UPDATE your hours on website.UPDATE your signage at location with REAL open times/days not false information.TAKE OFF sign that says "sorry we are closed TODAY" when you actually plan to close all summer.It's Inconsiderate and inconvenient for customers to rely on your false advertising and drive there to find out they have to drive back.
! UNDERCOOKED CHICKEN !To begin with, the girl working at the front had an attitude AND it was her first day there. She was rude and short over the phone and didn’t seem to know what she was doing. When I got my food, the chicken was undercooked on my Chicken koja and I brushed it off. But the chicken was also undercooked on my fries as well….when I take it back to restaurant the chef opens a small piece of chicken and tries to tell me the food isnt undercooked. When I told him to eat it and try it he refused to do it and had an attitude with me. Then when I wanted a refund the girl in the front couldn’t give me one because the manager WASNT IN THE PREMISES. Why do you have two people in the restaurant and leave someone there alone on their FIRST DAY. So I couldn’t get a refund until the next day over the phone. Instead of taking accountability for not being around, the manager tries to blame the girl for not leaving him a note for any information on my order. Ultimately, I got my refund on my food. But if you want undercooked food feel free to come by ??
Crazy good. This is the type of inventive fusion that doesn’t feel like a gimmick. The beef koja rice burger has an amazing texture and flavor, although the kamikaze fries & pork belly rice burger left a little to be desired for me.
Such good food! I got the chicken koja, kamikaze fries, and the signature musubi. They were all very flavorful and it was super easy to order and pick up. I’d definitely go again and try more of their menu.
This place is gem. The short Rib bowl is amazing. A piece of short rib with some rice and little bit of kimchi. That's how I eat it. All of their koja are really good.
