We wanted a special dinner for our daughter who turned 40. Juliaâs met every expectation and hope that we had. Not only were they helpful when we needed to add a guest, their corkage allowed us to bring a special bottle that we have been saving for her. We thought the food was perfectly prepared. We had the Burrata, the Pate, two duck breasts, the Petrale sole, the pea risotto, and the steelhead salmon. They got the fish so perfectly. Crispy on the outside and perfectly moist and cooked just right on the inside. The sides were delicious and care was taken with fresh ingredients and not just an afterthought. It was a luxurious evening for us, the service, the ambiance, the decor and the loveliness of a Julia Ward building with even the furniture matching. I went to Mills College and our dorm (Ethel Moore) dining room had the same architect and decor. One of my guests said it was like eating at Hogwarts. Hogwarts and French Cuisine isnât such a bad idea! We will be back!
The sole with fava beans was delicious! So were the cocktails.
A delicious dinner with great service at Juliaâs then downstairs to the Central Works production of Dreaming in Cuban. A great evening!

The service , food and drinks were exceptional. We had the cheese plate and escargot to start. Everyone's meals were great we had steaks, sole and risotto and all were excellent. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Julia's delivers again with delicious food in a quiet setting with plenty of ventilation so that we feel safe and the service is delightful and helpful too!

Excellent dining. Steak, rack of lamb, and petrale sole perfect and with lovely presentstion. Gem lettuce salad ample and escargot particularly delicious.
Lovely setting. Food was ok to good. The duck was over cooked. There was literally 1 minute between us finishing our starter and them serving our main. The dessert was supposedly a crème brûlée but without much of a brûlée at all. Overall, ok experience but was expecting much more given past reviews.
