Just out walking around minding our own business when we spotted a local fisherman sneaking a just caught local halibut in through the back door, so right there we decided to eat at this place. The wife wanted vegetarian stir fry and I wanted some halibut, we were both happy.Timing was everything, 5 stars.

You can come here for authentic or go to Panda Express for chop suey, there’s no compromises here. 5 stars

I hardly leave any reviews, but only when it’s extremely good or extremely bad.Ordered three dishes, one of which is the duck. I understand there’s inflation and all but come on, there’s NO DUCK! Only duck bones. It has less duck than the duck bones we get after ordering Peking duck at other places. For 26 dollars, you basically get a dish of bones. What makes it worse is that this is too salty for our dog.

Excellent good but confusing paper menus. Definitely use the tablet for ordering, as it's actually organized. Cups and spoons were plastic, for those who care about it. Dishes are on the pricier side.

Had very spicy food. Well done. The ambience is not fancy, probably great for students.

Super delicious food, great service! Must try in Berkeley

I work on the Southside of campus and usually go to Cheese N Stuff, Gypsy's, or Super Duper Burger for lunch. It's usually between $8-$12. I decided to walk down to Center St because I had heard so much about this place from the international students I work with. I went with the Eggplant and Minced Pork Entrée. Big Mistake! It was majority eggplant and cilantro and the eggplant was covered in a bit of pork. Worst of all, it was $23 before tip and I didn't even order a drink!

The food here was awful. The chicken was chopped up, bones and all, meaning that it was virtually impossible to eat without picking through bone and gristle. How much harder would it have been for them to either leave the chicken pieces whole, or use boneless pieces? The flavors were mediocre. And it was severely, ridiculously overpriced for what you got. Utensils were chopsticks (good) and plastic forks (not good), and rice in a container, not even on a plate. I would not recommend this place. On the plus side, the server was friendly.

Delicious and very spicy food. Loved it.

Not recommend: Apparently over priced. Not authentic hunan food. Will not choose it anymore.
