Kept entering the wrong items and closing out the order after every item I said. The screen stayed blank as I continued my order. They told me my total and it was much higher than the items on the menu. When I asked for a receipt they said the receipt machine is down and I can't get one. To add to that the order was wrong and the food was cold. No fork for the rice, no sauce for the nuggets, no napkins. Just had to throw the bag in the trash because I don't even have a receipt to return it.If you come here within an hour of closing they will always say the computer system is down so they can't serve any food.
Yummy,ok what to say. I got the large poppers,stuffed jalapenos. And the two tacos. My lady friend got the double burger and onion rings. The food is fast food at the moment they say that you have to show that you are vaccinated to dine in but nobody asked to see proof. The register employee was nice and polite and gave me two ranch for my poppers without me asking for it. And that's unheard of nowadays. So thumbs up and go out in the world and update: Not letting customers in because they are short staffed. Telling walk-ins to go through the drive thru, very dangerous. Then still not serving them and this is in the early evening.
They seem to be notorious for getting your orders wrong when using the Jack app to customize. It happened three times in a row, but the last time was the worst. I ordered the new Dip and Crunch Burger which was expensive, but but even more so considering they left out the dip and crunch part. I called them about my issue, but no answer, no return call, and still no response after leaving my complaint over the app.UPDATE: The owner responded to my bad experience by asking me to submit my complaint to their website. However, I had already done that, and was informed that my concern would be forwarded to the store manager directly, which led nowhere. That is the main reason for my ONE STAR review! I would have expected a coupon for a free replacement, not just the runaround with the owner just passing the buck.
I would like to give more stars. The food quality was very good, no mistakes at the register, but service was very slow inside as they seem to prioritize drive through to the disadvantage of walk-in customers. I think the store could be excellent with the right leadership.

It's a good place, only if you could have Oatmeal for breakfast along with croissants, also have a few more workers to fix the meals, so customers shouldn't wait so long.

If you want food poisoning and horrible service, go here. My tolerance for bad fast food and bad service is pretty high but this place is beyond disgusting with no sign of improvement ever. They should just close it forever so people do not get tricked into eating there. I have complained before and just got a phone call from a woman who made a bunch of weird excuses. The people who work here are horrible and rude, the people in charge make excuses for the horrible people, the food is cold, old, and WILL make you sick, if you even get what you ordered in your bag (you probably won’t!). Avoid at all costs.
