The food here is awesome, but the staff is what make this the place to go near campus. From Ryhann (sorry if that is spelled incorrectly), August, to our server Jesus...everyone here strives to make your memorable. It is tough and a bit awkward to push for outdoor dining, but once seated, you are in for a treat!
I was so impressed by the recommendations and photos of this restaurant that I decided to spend my Sunday brunch there. The ambiance was fantastic, and the vibes were pleasant. However, the meal was incredibly disappointing; I ordered a loco moco, which was horrendous; the flavors were just absent in coherence, and the beef patty was underseasoned; I complained, but no one seemed to care, so I honestly didn't bother. We also ordered another dish, which was a classic breakfast. It was traditional, but for some reason the sour dough bread was overly toasted and harsh on the teeth, and the side salad was quite salty.It was a complete letdown maybe I was being adventurous with the plate choices, but what really bothered me is that the waiter didn't seem to care about my opinion of the cuisine, but when something doesn't taste good, that's it!Due to the waiter's response to my complaint, I will never return there.
Went here with my friend and was served by a young guy named 'Robinson'. He offered us GREAT service and we had a good experience. I had the cheeseburger which was really good! I normally don't have lettuce on my burgers, but there was not very much so I left it on and it actually really added a nice flavor. I was pleasantly surprised! Although we did not sit there, they do have outdoor seating and that environment seems very pleasing. All of the staff we came in contact with were really nice. I encourage everyone to try them out!
A wonderful spot for good food, with a great outdoor space! Brunch is a nice mix of standards and innovation. Excellent service.
Small menu but something for everyone, vegetarian, meat, fish, chicken and bunch of small plates. The bean soup was very good and sonwere the falafel burger and the regular cheese burger. The Acme Bread side dish was excellent, O highly recommend it. The atmosphere is nice, with plenty of outside seating with heat lamps above. The outside seating is more like a covered patio. The service was very good. Parking may be a bit of an issue, but you may find street parking within a block or 2. I hear the pizza is very tasty, I will definitely go back for the pizza.
Wow! This is one of the best brunch places I have ever been. Super kind staff, very nice patio and ambience and absolutely amazing food ! We had brunch pizza, falafel and eggs and avocado toast. Loved it all.
Great outdoor patio and excellent food and drink. The food took quite a while to make it to our table though! I guess that's what you might expect on a Saturday night during peak seating. We sat outside and the covered patio with overhead radiant heating was comfy. Great atmosphere. All in all a great night out minus the hour wait for the food. Cheers!
Conveniently locate with a nice outdoor area we went as a famiiy and enjoy a very good lunch. Servcie qas quite good and the price very reasonable.
We held our wedding rehearsal dinner here. The venue was well staffed, the food was delicious, and the ambiance was perfect. Highly recommend Gather if you are planning a special event.
Good food and relaxed ambience. Ideal place in the evening to grab a bite and get a drink. We loved and food and ambience - selection of items were limited but the dishes were well made. Appetizers, small dishes and main courses were all good quality and tasty. The only factor that did not chime well was the service - it was confusing at best as we sat outside. Maybe the new regulations and lack of staff shortages are to be blamed but I have rarely gone to a place where service is so confused in setting expectations. I hope the situation was more streamlined indoors.
