This is probably one of the best ice cream shops I've visited. There are unique varieties and the classics. They also have a wide assortment of ice cream, both regular and soy-based. If ice cream isn't your thing, stop by the for the cookies/brownies or just for the customer service! One of the workers there truly loves his job and provides the best service I've ever received. He is genuine, knowledgeable, and thorough.
Delicious ice cream products! I tried the ice cream sandwich with double chocolate chip cookies! Although everything looks delicious, it was missing labels, I couldn't tell which flavor is which (maybe I'm no ice cream expert).
Excellent ice cream in the heart of Berkeley. You can either have it by a scoop or have an ice cream sandwich made with freshly baked cookies right in the store. There is almost always a long line of Cal students in front of it. So be patient. It's worth the wait.
Cookies were stale and salty in taste. Overall there are less variety for cookies and poor sense of communication. Their menu states half dozen cookies for the cost of $7.49 and the server still charged me for individual cookies. When asked she said they charge extra for vegan cookies; something she could have mentioned while I was ordering. I paid extra because of their miscommunication.We also ordered ice cream sandwich and they were not prepared well. Both cookies were hard as rock. They just slapped ice cream between 2 cookies that don't hold it well. All together don't waste your money here; instead go to crumbl or insomnia at least you will find more variety and cookies are fresh and served warm.

It's not really prepared well either; they just slap a scoop of ice cream along with two cookies. It doesn't stick together well. Our orders were also messed up. The only saving grace is that it's open late.

Not only are they the best ice cream and delicious yummy cookies, the kids that work there are so friendly! They're polite and kind and make you laugh and every cream is like this, it's not just one!! They are awesome!!
If you order on Snackpass, they begin to make your order after you enter which makes sense, as it is ice cream. However, you pay a lot of money for just an ice cream sandwich 0-0 considering that it is just an ice cream sandwich?
I was unfortunately not a fan of this at all. The ice cream pretty much tastes like supermarket ice cream that you could get for so much cheaper. It was weirdly sweet, kind of plastic-y but probably due to artificial flavoring. Granted, you're supposed to eat it with two warm cookies, whereas I just got a cup. Even then, however, the ice cream was already too sweet for me. Like how many different flavors they have though.
