I was so psyched to check out this place after pouring over their website and online menu! But - on a quiet Sunday night - we were quoted a 10 minute wait. After 30 minutes, we left. No food. No apologies from staff. Rude and disrespectful staff members ruined our experience. No one cared about our wait while staff moved at a snail’s pace. They won’t let anyone inside the store (masked or not) so we stood in the cold. Stay home. Save your money. Check out another place in the area. I wish I could review their food - but we never got it. And there was no manager on site. Isn’t that odd? I think whoever was managing didn’t want to deal with a customer’s inquiries about the whereabouts of their order.
Have enjoyed the quality of the food here for years, but their customer service has really gone downhill. There's discrimination with their customers and although I would like to rate five stars for the quality of their product, a recent experience with a friend visiting from the UK leaves a one star rating based on how they value and treat their customers alone. Kindly note this is specific to the Berkeley location. I will likely never return - if I do it will be solo for one last try before I look elsewhere for vegan desserts permanently.
Best vegan brownie and vegan cookies I've ever had. I've been vegan almost10 years and had to triple check that the brownie was really vegan its so gooey and perfect. The cinnamon rolls are amazing, I love that you can customize them. The staff here is especially amazing, even my doordash orders are incredible every single time from here. How often can anyone say that about a place? The people here are so special and so is the food

The cinnamon rolls were very good. The only limitation is the current ordering. Even if you show up at the location, you have to put in the order online and wait outside to pick up. Despite zero staff involvement in the process, there is a mandatory tip on the order. My request: just charge what is required to pay your staff a living wage and benefits and I will pay it. A required tip for doing your own order and pick up isn't a tip. It is a mandatory, undisclosed fee.
Great flavor. However, the amount of frosting and toppings overpowered the cinnamon roll. Also, my cinnamon roll was raw and doughy in the very middle.
Sooo one day last week my husband and I were visiting a hood friend out in Berkeley, husband wanted a cinnamon roll his fav dessert.He looked up Cinnaholic and boom we were on our way. We both ate this cinnamon roll that was sent here from heaven.I was lite, airy, fluffy and sooooo fresh it had to be sent from GOD… We had the original, and we fell in love. Never again will we have a boring cinnamon roll.. We didn’t find out until the next day it was a Vegan dessert…Thee most glorious dessert on planet earth.Thank you for creating such a beautiful dessert.By the way I’m not a fan of cinnamon rolls until the day I ate one from Cinnaholic… ????
If you're in the area and there's a Cinnaholic you should definitely stop by! All of the rolls are vegan! I took some die hard Cinnabon, non-vegan friends here and they loved it. We tried a variety of rolls and enjoyed them all! The only 'gripe' my one friend had was that the brown sugar chunks on the pumpkin spice roll were huge.
