Initially, when I wrote this I was going to give 4-stars based on the food and service alone, but I was really blown away with the quality and care put into this unassuming shop on the corner. The food was flavorful, refreshing, and very satisfying. The staff there was engaging, kind and seemed to genuinely care about their guests' experiences. If you're looking for something dense with nutrients that isn't holding back on flavor, I would recommend this spot.
