A great ramen for sure, there were several unique features about the ramen, dynamic textures, deliceous crisps. Go out of your way for the house Bansho Ramen.
Excellent place, ramen was surprisingly good as we were the 2 only clients and we were looking for any place opened and it was one of the only few available.
I did not eat my bowl. I didn’t enjoy my ramen.I was still forced to pay for the bowl because, “They couldn’t resell it.” Of course you can’t resell food after it’s been prepared. Who would ever send old food to a different paying customer? 1 star
I dont know about 4.6 star? Gyoza was cheap frozen gyoza. Karaage was old and garlicky flavor and was not fresh. Ramen soup has no depth at all. Ratio of soup base and stock was off, too much water left on ramen noodle. my ramen soup had no saltiness and umami. If you gonna get ramen, I prefer marufuku, ippudo. My girl liked thai tea though...
I got the "Ultimate" ramen bowl. Honestly surprised by the quality of the ramen, and the fact that nothing seems to be over salted but still flavorful and rich. The chashu was on point, and was the perfect salty contrast to the rest of the bowl.
Such a great spot for ramen, sushi, and rice bowls. We had the onion tonkatsu and the mayu ramen and both were delicious. The noodles were chewy and ingredients were super fresh. The pork belly in the mayu was divine and there was so much of it. Prices were reasonable especially with the portions. Amazing flavor, I'll definitely be back. The service was great too and atmosphere was clean and nice. Nothing super fancy, but a great chill spot. ????? takoyaki and karaage were also super great!
The best Ramen in the Bay Area!!! Try the Bansho Ultimate Ramen. Soooo delicious!
Seriously good ramen. That was the best piece of pork I've had since I went to Chez Pannise. I will be ordering here more often.
Food was delicious and came out almost immediately. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend!
Great ramen! The broth and the toppings were top tier.
