Requested reservation for four people two weeks ahead, requested outdoor table at 6:30 and when we arrived we were told they didnât have a table for four except a two person table that they could add another table to - this was in an awful location right next to the front door. Things went downhill after this. Service was horrible. Took ages to get some water, the food service was chaotic and the dishes didnât come out together. The chicken dish was completely over cooked - as if it had been stewed for hours. The side dish of polenta didnât come until we reminded the servers twice. Then it came out at the end of the meal. Basically the meal and service was a big disappointment. We were surprised as we had been there before and had a very good meal. The interim manager was very apologetic and he made a big effort to appease us and make up for the poor service. We really appreciated his efforts, however after that experience I am not sure we will return.
Wonderful staff, wonderful food. Very noisy inside but fun. They have made the outdoor, evening experience delightful.

Staff is not trained in explaining the entrees other than just the names of them and that they are good. We were ignored with multiple staff walking by for 25 minutes. They had no knowledge of the wines except that that one is popular or a lot of people like it. We were told that the owners would not train them. With all of the alternatives in this area it is not worth going here.
We asked for outdoor seating at the last minute and we were accommodated. Service was excellent and every dish was outstanding. We brought family members from out of state and they were blown away. A great evening!!!
Food was unbelievable the service was great. The only thing was the noise level we ate inside and it was very noisy and hard to hear your guest. Definitely coming back the food was delicious

The food was reasonably good, well prepared and palatable but the service was terrible, chaotic, rushed to the point of being rude.
