Nice place to grub.Get the combination (veg/ veagan & meat are both A+)Come hungry, leave happy and FULL!

Best vegetarian Ethiopian food around town! Strongly recommend :))

I was in the restaurant on 20th May 2022. I am not impressed with the service. I have to call the waitress to serve us. She was talking phone and did not bother to come to us. I called her after about 10 minutes of our arrival. She was not friendly and when I called her facial expression was strange. Please learn and understand customer service it is very important for any business. I don’t think I will go back again nor will advise anybody. The food is ok (not much) but as I said I rather try other restaurants .

This place has one the best Ethiopian food I have ever had eaten for long time. With nice atmosphere and excellent service.

Always a good sign seeing a largely East African clientele spending a Sunday afternoon here at this Ethiopian standalone establishment on Telegraph. The vegetarian combo balanced a nice mix of spicy and mild. Yemeser Wot lentils had a depth of flavor unmatched. Injera tastefully tangy. While a bit pricey compared to other Ethiopian restaurants, the dishes are well-worth the few extra dollars.Currently, my go-to Ethiopian restaurant in East Bay.

This is one of the many great Ethiopian restaurants around the Oakland/Berkeley area. We ordered the combo platter and it came with a great assortment of your usual sides. It was nice of our server to throw in extra injera! Prices are very reasonable and the presentation, quality, and portion of the food was great!

Very nice CLEAN place and the vibe is great! Food is super fresh and my waitress was awesome! She checked on me in a very timely manner and kept smiling and nodding at me to reassure if everything was going okay ??. Their homemade honey wine is very nice and sweet with a taste of riesling, and it complimented the after taste of my dinner. ? One of my second favorite Ethiopian restaurants so far! I love this place and I will for sure return ?. Great spot for either a date, treating yourself, or hanging with friends!

I love this place! It’s probably my permanent go-to location for Ethiopian food moving forward. I’ve tried other spots around Berkeley and Oakland and I didn’t like them as much as I love this one!Their chicken tibs are always a hit & their injera is always fresh! The restaurant smells good(smells like some herbs and spices & I love it) and the service is always great!✨

Wife has been with coworkers. First for me! Food was absolutely delicious!!!

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good, prices it’s 100% worth it.
