I've gone there three times since moving to Benicia(3 years) they have been overly slow and seemingly don't care. I'd rather drive to Vallejo for Taco Bell.
Fast pleasent able to comprehend my changes in the order and i got exactly that in the bag when it reached me.It takes a good crew to take a order and pass that info to a cook who prepares the food and who ever my bag it to get all of the right items in the bag and deliver it to the customer over and over again thank you crew for making my dinner flawlessI am Dre Day of The Bay and I approve this message
A regular here good for late nights or a quick snack. Vegetarian friendly. I get the most out of the value menu a lot of food for little cost however every now and then an employee may underserve you a portion
Food was fine but regular entrance door was broken. Followed directions to another door which had no sidewalk type entrence (was the drive through area) all curb. Fell car lights in my eyes and trying to keep out of the way. Hit cheekbone very hard whole right side of body. Look like a limping sore raccoon today. Should have just not gone. All youngsters inside, got a bag for ice to use.

I would give zero Stars if that were an option. Placed an order through doordash for pickup, restaurant gave my order to the wrong customer in front of me. Then the manager tried to say my order didn't exist. Then they retracted their statement but would only give me one third of my order, even though I provided my receipt! This was at 2pm or so Friday afternoon.0/10 would not recommend.

Stumbled upon this location and ordered the Calupa box. We substituted steak instead of the ground beef ($$) and it was delicious ??
Horrible experience at this Taco Bell. The manager had a nasty attitude with the customers (me) as well as apparently she likes to humiliate her employees in front of customers. Definitely need some customer service training here.
Best made tacos. Fast and courtous
