It's what you would expect from a fast food sandwich place. Not bad.
There were 2 ladies working and they were not very inviting. She slammed the ham on my bread and was like what else? I felt like I was in trouble the whole time. The grilled chicken breast on my husband sandwich was cold, We asked for it to be heated. He took a few bites then took it back and she held a white paper out asked him to take the chicken off his sandwich and she would reheat it.
Terrible service, they don't put any effort to make your sandwich look enjoyable, too far the worst subway I've ever been in

Service was terrible. Both my wife and I had so much mayo and mustard on our sandwiches that it was all you could taste. The employee was rude. I don't advise subway on east 2nd st in benicia ca to anyone.
Out of the 3 Subways in town, this one is the furthest from me, but I always find myself coming back to it. Kudos to Sharon for always making great sandwiches and being kind.
Place is dirty, owner/corporate clearly doesn't care about looks. Lot of flies for a food establishment.
