Horrible staff.. very rude mainly the Caucasian male w glasses and larger Latina and the crew that tends to work with them.. Not to mention the upcharging of simple add on just because they are unhappy about customizations. If u order any ex sweetcream it's likely u will be given milk or charged 2x the price. When I'm forced to stop here I mentally prepare myself for a horrible experience and double check my drinks before leaving.i have seen some new faces and they have been great. Let's hope we see more changes in staff here

The staff is great, friendly professional and courteous.Not as many offerings as other Starbucks in terms of snacks.
The baristas sometimes have an attitude and are careless with their work. They burn food, can't make drinks consistently and don't pay attention to when people check in for curbside orders. There is always an adequate number of workers so there is no excuse of them being understaffed especially because a lot of the time they're just standing around.
