Staff got confused about how many pizzas they delivered to the table. We were a pizza short, but manager, Janel, blamed customers instead of incompetent staff. For now on we will be going to Mountain Mikes in Benicia. I am disappointed because we meet here once a month and spend hundreds of dollars. This organization is poorly run and I wouldn’t be surprised if their doors close permanently very soon! - Disappointed customer!
No restaurant dining atmosphere. Very subdued energy. Thin crust no longer available - what could be a sensible reason for that?!

Ordered online tonight. Showed up 10 minutes AFTER the time indicated online for pick up, and our pizza hadn't even been started. They said the online orders don't update
