Honestly, I was ready to rate it a 1 star but took a minute to think about the overall experience. Yes we had a reservation (there were 5 of us) and there was only 1 other table sat when we got sat (2 people). It took 35 minutes to get our drink order, and that was after we went back up front to ask if they'd forgotten us. Shortly after that our waiter finally made it over and explained to us that he was the only waiter tonight and they were short 2 people in the kitchen. I bumped it up to 4 stars because of his great attitude and personality. The girl helping him out was also very nice and tried her best to be helpful. I know how hard it is to find help right now and I appreciate these two people (as well as whoever was in the kitchen)for showing up and keeping a great attitude in a situation where they could have just quit and walked away.

Always a Great experience at Palermo's. Food always fresh cooked to order. Owner Guillermo, always make sure your dish wi be what you want. Always clean with Great Customer Service, great atmosphere, great wine selections. I love this spot. Anything on the menu ordered will make you happy !!! Glad to see you guys made it through the tough times last year.
