Stopped for lunch. Waitress suggested prawn lunch special. It was delicious ?. Very friendly service.

They allow their kitchen staff to sexually harrass the staff. They do not care and they blame the person who speaks up
Lucca Bar & Grill is wonderful! The Beer Garden is super cool and should not be missed! What a great and affordable menu! So much to choose from! My favorite is the yummy famous fried chicken!!Btw. I have been coming here for years and want to give the owners a shout out for operating such a wonderful biz! Lucca’s Reminds me of a recent quote from Benicia’s own Terry Scott about how we should support local small business as they are vital to “…maintaining an economically vibrant community…”. I couldn’t agree with Terry more! Lucca Bar & Grill is a great place and definitely helps keep Benicia an economically vibrant community!
I've been a repeat customer for many months now. I love the Beer Garden with music guests. Nice tiered seating so everyone can see the musicians. Good acoustics too. The staff is beyond friendly and keep moving, so there's little wait for drink or food orders. I really like the selections on the food menu and have tried several things. There's also an indoor bar and restaurant.
Reserved specific table away from door early in the day for 2 possibly 3….she hesitated as it was seating for four ?. Came in for reservation and party seated in our table and we were moved to table by door for 2, even though they didn’t know our son couldn’t join us. Hostess was dismissive about our complaint and lady manager said “well you did say MAYBE 3 and there is only 2 of you so NO you can’t have any of the tables for 4 away from the door”!!! So much for a reserved table for customers needs instead of staffs wishes. The hostess also told us “ you will be fine next to the door, it’s not that bad” ???. I told then she could sit there!! Restaurant staff is very rude, although the bar staff are amazing, will only order takeout from bar or eat in there only.
I didn't grab a pic... I ordered their burger. It was one of the best I have ever had! Thick, juicy, not greasy. I ordered it well done, no bun, not a problem here. I've worked in a butcher shop, I know the dangers of undercooked ground beef. I got a side salad to go with it. Ice tea was refreshing. The other 3 enjoyed their lunches as well...fish & chips, BLT, and a French dip. We will return!
Food was enough for 3 meals, tasted great. Staffing shortage, meant very, very slow. We sat outside, chilly, some drama from other tables. Cute babies.
This was my first time on my birthday January 7th. Went here on 8th. Nice time, loving environment and very delicious food! Tender fried fish and great garlic fries. Nice drinks. Please eat here
Great food and great atmosphere. If you get a chance to see a band outside, it’s very worth it. Outside the have grilled, smoked food that is pretty good.
